JITM Skills Pvt. Ltd. is executing a flagship initiative of the Ministry of MSME under the Directorate of Industries, Trade & Commerce (DITC), Government of Goa, aimed at strengthening the MSME ecosystem.

Under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) program, DITC has established two dedicated support mechanisms: Business Facilitation Centers (BFC) and Women Entrepreneurship Facilitation Cell (WEFC).

These centres provide structured handholding support to entrepreneurs through improved access to government schemes, compliance assistance, market linkages, and mentoring.

Expert teams deputed by JITM Skills comprise professionals from finance, business development, entrepreneurship, legal & compliance, environment, exports, and IT domains, working collectively to mentor MSMEs across the state of Goa.
